Our Story
We know parks because we run one
SmartParks wasn't born in a tech startup — it started at the front gate of our own holiday park. We were the ones fielding calls at midnight from guests who couldn't get in, spending hours every week on access management, and wishing the booking system would just talk to the gate.
So we built what we needed. First for ourselves, then for other parks dealing with the same headaches. Every feature we've built comes from real problems we've lived through as park operators.

Our Journey
Where we've been
Built for ourselves
Running our own holiday park, we were sick of managing gate access manually. So we built an automated system to solve our own problem.
Other parks took notice
Word got around. Other park operators saw what we'd built and kept asking if they could use it too. The demand was overwhelming.
Flow ANPR goes public
We turned our internal tool into a proper product and launched Flow ANPR — automated number plate recognition integrated with RMS and NewBook.
The platform grows
Parks across Australia adopt Flow ANPR. We launch Holler, our AI phone assistant, and SmartParks expands into intelligent park operations.
